Grind tomato and cashews seperately.
Fry cloves, cardamoms and make powder by crushing them.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds.
Once seeds splutter add onion, ginger-garlic paste and fry it until it is brown.
When oil separates add ground tomato.
When the oil leaves the tomato and onion mix, add coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric, ground powder made earlier, (cardamoms and cloves) and ground cashew nuts.
Now add mushrooms and salt. Reduce flame and cook, if required add little water to cook.
Garnish with dry methi leaves.
